Geoff Corlett - President

Geoff founded TDI Golf 1987, as a specialized golf course construction and remodeling company. The quality of work under his direction has allowed the company to achieve accolades from the golf course industry and business world. TDI Golf Canada has been recognized as one of the best-managed companies, top 100 fastest growing companies (1997, 1998), and runner up as the best golf course builder for 3 years.
Geoff remains involved in all functions of the business, with specific emphasis on field operations. He reviews all sites on a frequent basis, in order to monitor quality control of work in progress.
Outside of Geoff’s accomplishments with TDI Golf he has been a Speaker on drainage and construction techniques for golf courses at major turf symposiums throughout the country. He has achieved designation as a Professional Agrologist for his expertise in soil science.
Steve Tate - Vice President of Operations

Before joining TDI Golf, Steve gained extensive management experience in the turf industry as the Assistant Superintendent at York Downs Golf and Country Club, prior to which he was the Assistant Superintendent at IBM Country Club.
Steve has been with TDI Golf for over 15 years. He was the very best in our industry in his capacity as senior project manager. He is an articulate communicator with a great deal of knowledge and experience. His Golf Course Superintendent experience combined with his Project Management skills ensure an excellent understanding of club needs and continuous communication to the club and architect.
Bruce Sheldon – Operations Manager

Since leaving auburn university in 1983, Bruce has enjoyed an extensive career in the golf course design and construction business. He has been involved in and has experience in all phases of golf course construction, from project estimating and construction scheduling to project management and the coordination of daily operations.
Bruce has a diverse background in all aspects of golf course design, construction and project management. His remarkable background also embraces cost estimating, design development and the preparation of working drawings, thus enabling him to interface and successfully coordinate with architects, engineers and construction personnel, ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget.
Michael Kalman - Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining TDI Golf, Mike owned and operated his own design-build construction company since 1989.
Mike brings to the TDI team extensive background and experience in design, construction and project management. While his emphasis is on business development and administration, his strength is to ensure the completion of quality projects on schedule and on budget.
